Job Description

• 80% infrastructure, operations, security, controls and vendor governance
• 20% business applications and technology-enabled operations
• Oversight of approximately 5–6 consultants
• Governance of approximately 10–12 vendors and MSP relationships
• Ownership of SOX technology controls and remediation
• Oversight of reconciliations and critical finance/investment systems
• Hands-on escalation responsibility in a lean organization

Qualifications

10+ years of experienc managing IT for a company of more than 100 users.

Atleast 5 years in the investment banking space

SME in Azure Infra, SOX compliance and SQL Server
