Core Mission of the Role

This person owns:
- Customer acquisition
- Funnel optimization
- Conversion rate
- CAC vs LTV
- Revenue growth
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Growth & Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Own paid media strategy across:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
- Google Search & YouTube
- TikTok (if compliant)
- Scale campaigns similar to Hims, Ro, Eden
- Control CAC, ROAS, and volume
- Build testing frameworks (angles, hooks, creatives, landers)
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Optimize the entire telehealth funnel:
- Landing pages
- Medical intake forms
- Eligibility flows
- Checkout & subscription logic
- Improve:
- Visit → assessment completion
- Assessment → prescription
- Prescription → paid conversion
- A/B test:
- Copy
- Pricing
- Guarantees
- UX friction points
3. Telehealth Compliance Marketing
- Ensure ads, landing pages, and messaging comply with:
- FDA
- FTC
- Platform healthcare policies
- Know how to market GLP-1s, ED meds, hormones without getting accounts banned
- Work closely with legal / medical advisors
4. Brand & Positioning
- Shape brand to feel:
- Trustworthy
- Premium
- Clinical but modern
- Align tone with successful brands like Hims/Ro, but distinct
- Oversee:
- Website messaging
- Creative direction for ads
- Email/SMS tone
5. Retention, LTV & Subscriptions
- Improve:
- Refill rates
- Subscription retention
- Upsells / cross-sells
- Own email + SMS strategy:
- Onboarding
- Refill reminders
- Win-back flows
- Work closely with ops & pharmacy to reduce churn
6. Team & Vendor Management
- Manage:
- Paid media agencies
- Creatives (designers, UGC creators)
- CRO specialists
- Eventually hire and lead:
- Media buyers
- Lifecycle marketers
- Kill underperformers fast (ads, agencies, tools)
7. Data, Reporting & Scaling
- Track and report:
- CAC by channel
- LTV by product
- Conversion rates per funnel step
- Use tools like:
- GA4
- PostHog / Mixpanel
- Triple Whale / Northbeam (if used)
- Make data-driven decisions, not vibes
Required Background
This is critical — I'd literally put this in bold in the job post:
- 5+ years in performance or growth marketing
- Direct experience in telehealth or online healthcare
- Has worked on or scaled brands like:
- Hims / Ro / Eden / Weight loss telehealth
- Experience marketing:
- Weight loss (GLP-1s)

- Proven ability to scale from 5 → 6 → 7 figures/month
