The Head of Growth Products serves as the senior leader responsible for defining and advancing a portfolio of AI-enabled digital products and reusable platform capabilities. This leader will combine product discipline, emerging technology fluency, commercial judgment, and customer empathy to build solutions that create measurable value for customers, colleagues, and the bank. The ideal candidate is a visionary builder with strong product discipline, outstanding executive communication skills, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a track record of launching new digital products that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business value.

Compensation Range:
$250,000 - $290,000The compensation range represents the anticipatedlow and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
