The Mission

"Leading healthcare into the agentic era."

Taxo builds AI agents that automate the front desk of specialty clinics — handling patient intake, scheduling, insurance, prescription refills, and triage with human-level nuance. We’ve already secured major agreements with healthcare conglomerates across the US, UK, and KSA. The product works. The demand is real. Now we need someone to own the entire revenue engine.

This is not a “carry a quota and wait for marketing to send you leads” role. You’ll be the first dedicated growth hire at Taxo. That means you build the playbook, you run the playbook, and you rewrite it when the market tells you to. Full ownership. No ceiling.

The Opportunity: Build the Revenue Function From Zero

Healthcare is one of the largest addressable markets in AI, and the front desk is where all the pain lives. Every specialty clinic in the country is drowning in call volume, hold times, and staffing shortages. They know they need a solution — most just haven’t found the right one yet.

You’ll be selling into a market with genuine urgency. The conversations are warm. The problem is obvious. Your job is to find the right people, tell the right story, and close.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Full Sales Cycle: Source, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close. From cold outreach to signed contract, this is your pipeline end-to-end. No BDR team to hand off to — you are the team.

• Build the Go-to-Market Playbook: Define ICP, build target lists, develop outbound sequences, create sales collateral, and establish the repeatable motions that will eventually scale into a sales org.

• Run Discovery & Demos: Get on calls with clinic administrators, practice managers, and healthcare executives. Understand their workflows deeply enough to sell a technical product with authority and empathy.

• Negotiate & Close Enterprise Deals: Structure contracts, navigate procurement, handle security/compliance reviews, and close multi-location agreements with healthcare groups and DSOs.

• Manage Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships with EHR vendors, healthcare IT consultancies, RCM companies, and industry groups that can accelerate distribution.

• Own Revenue Forecasting & CRM: Build and maintain the pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), deliver accurate forecasts, and report on key metrics — pipeline velocity, conversion rates, ACV, CAC, LTV.

• Drive Expansion & Retention: Post-close, own the relationship through onboarding and early adoption. Identify upsell opportunities across locations, specialties, and product surfaces.

• Be the Voice of the Market: Feed product and engineering with real buyer objections, feature requests, competitive intel, and market trends. You’re not just selling — you’re shaping what we build.

• Build the Sales Brand: Represent Taxo at industry conferences, webinars, and events. Create thought leadership content that positions Taxo as the category leader in healthcare front-desk AI.

Who You Are

• The Hunter: 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years selling into healthcare (providers, health systems, or health tech). You know how to find deals, not just work inbound.

• The Closer: Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota, with experience closing $50k–$200k+ ACV deals. You’ve navigated complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and you know how to get a contract across the line.

• The Builder: You’ve been early at a startup before — or you’ve desperately wanted to be. You don’t need a sales enablement team, a marketing funnel, or a playbook handed to you. You create those things.

• The Storyteller: You can translate a technical AI product into a compelling narrative for a non-technical buyer. You sell outcomes, not features.

• The Operator: You’re disciplined about CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting. You understand unit economics and can have an intelligent conversation about CAC, LTV, and payback periods.

• Bonus: Existing relationships with specialty clinic groups, DSOs, or healthcare conglomerates. Experience selling AI/automation products. Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, BAAs).

Why Taxo

We are solving a trillion-dollar problem in one of the world’s most essential industries. With global enterprise backing and a clear path to expansion, this is a rare chance to join as a founding member with “day one” impact and “year five” stability.

• Uncapped Commission — 10–15% of first-year ACV on every deal you close. No ceiling on what you can earn.

• Founding-Level Equity — 0.25–1%. Build the revenue engine and own a piece of what it becomes.

• A Product That Sells Itself (Almost) — Every clinic has this problem. Hold times are 30+ minutes. Staffing costs are exploding. The ROI story writes itself.

• Competitive Base + Benefits — Including health coverage, unlimited PTO, and the flexibility to do your best work.

• Global From Day One — US, UK, and KSA operations. Three markets, three healthcare systems, one massive opportunity.

How We Work

Taxo is a small, fast, high-conviction team. We don’t do bureaucracy. We don’t do “that’s not my job.” We believe the best companies are built by people who care deeply about the problem, move with urgency, and hold themselves to an impossibly high standard.

If you want to build a revenue function from scratch at a company that’s changing how healthcare works — we’d love to hear from you.
