Our client is a seed-funded, hardware-enabled health technology startup building a B2B2C platform across wearable devices, biometric data, and enterprise software.
This is not a people-management layer. You will own the work directly. Today, parts of the operation still run through Google Sheets. The next step is a real ERP backbone, cleaner fulfillment workflows, stronger supplier control, and QMS discipline.

- Move operations from Google Sheets into ERP workflows
- Set up and execute end-to-end ERP processes
- Manage global suppliers, pricing, BOMs, and negotiations
- Improve inventory visibility, billing handoffs, and delivery tracking

Nice to Have
- QMS, FDA, ISO, or regulated-product exposure
- Medical device, diagnostics, or health tech hardware experience
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification

Impact & Growth
The company is scaling global and domestic sales while adding a new product line.
Your work turns manual fulfillment, supplier, ERP, and inventory workflows into a repeatable operating system. You will reduce stockouts, delivery delays, vendor confusion, billing misses, and fulfillment risk.
Motivation Fit
You like building structure without waiting for a playbook.
You can move from ERP design to vendor follow-up, BOM pricing, shipment issues, and inventory cleanup without ego. This is a low-guidance, high-accountability seat. Managers who only delegate are not a fit.
