Head of FP&A | Manufacturing | Greater Cleveland | $215K base 

Our client is a growing, PE-backed manufacturing company seeking a Head of FP&A to join its finance leadership team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO and overseeing a team of three.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance, with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. 

Compensation: $175,000-215,000 + bonus 
Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week 

Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
• Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team on financial performance and reporting
• Oversee monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial planning
• Manage and develop a team of three
• Help improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
• Ensure priorities and deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment
• Support the business through growth and increasing financial complexity

Qualifications:

• Approximately 8–15 years of accounting/finance experience
• Strong financial reporting background with solid FP&A experience
• Manufacturing experience required 
• PE-backed experience is a plus
• Public accounting experience will be considered
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Hands-on, responsive, and highly accountable approach
• CPA and/or relevant accounting background preferred
• Open to a strong Manager ready to step into a Director-level role or an established Director
