Head Of Finance

The Head Of Finance will report directly to senior leadership and serve as a trusted business partner across the organization. This position will lead financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making while supporting broader business objectives.

Develop and execute financial strategies that support growth, profitability, and operational performance.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and applicable regulatory requirements.

Drive financial modeling, scenario planning, capital investment analysis, and business case development.

Lead audit activities, risk management initiatives, and financial controls to ensure transparency and accuracy.

Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence, valuation assessments, and integration planning.

Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.

For the Head Of Finance we are seeking:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.

Progressive finance leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-focused environment.

Demonstrated success leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning processes.

Strong expertise in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, audit management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Proven experience building complex financial models and supporting investment and capital allocation decisions.

Experience evaluating and supporting mergers and acquisitions initiatives.

Knowledge of corporate tax accounting and tax planning strategies.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.

Experience utilizing enterprise resource planning systems and financial reporting platforms.

Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead process improvement and systems implementation initiatives.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to executive audiences.
