Head of Field Sales

The Head of Field Sales owns the Art of Musketeering philosophy and craft for Red Bull North America On Premise. Setting the strategy, standards, and operational effectiveness for a national field sales organization spanning five regions. A member of the On-Premise Leadership Team, the role develops the five Vice Presidents, Region (VPOPs), builds future bench and represents US field sales to national and global leadership. Over the last three years, our field sales model has taken us from opportunity market to best-in-class, this role exists to protect and extend that trajectory.
