Head of Enterprise Risk Transformation

This leader will oversee a portfolio of mission-critical change programs, partnering with senior executives across Risk, Finance, Technology, Treasury, Operations, and Corporate Functions to enhance risk capabilities, strengthen governance, and deliver regulatory and business transformation. Lead the global Risk Change function, establishing strategy, governance, and execution frameworks for enterprise-wide risk transformation initiatives across Market Risk, Credit Risk, Capital Management, Stress Testing, Model Risk, and Regulatory Change.

Salary is 200k to 250k

We are seeking an accomplished executive to lead the global Risk Change function, driving the strategic delivery of enterprise-wide risk transformation initiatives across a complex international financial services organization. This leader will oversee a portfolio of mission-critical change programs, partnering with senior executives across Risk, Finance, Technology, Treasury, Operations, and Corporate Functions to enhance risk capabilities, strengthen governance, and deliver regulatory and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global Risk Change function, establishing strategy, governance, and execution frameworks for enterprise-wide risk transformation initiatives across Market Risk, Credit Risk, Capital Management, Stress Testing, Model Risk, and Regulatory Change.
• Oversee the global portfolio of risk-sponsored investment programs, including business case development, investment prioritization, resource planning, financial oversight, and executive reporting to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team of senior program and project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and execution excellence across multiple regions.
• Partner closely with executive stakeholders across Risk, Treasury, Finance, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Business leadership to align transformation initiatives with organizational priorities, regulatory expectations, and long-term business strategy.
• Drive governance across complex change initiatives by establishing robust delivery standards, portfolio controls, risk management practices, performance metrics, and executive steering committee processes.
• Champion the adoption of innovative technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven solutions, to improve risk management capabilities, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise regulatory initiatives, ensuring transformation programs support evolving global regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and organizational risk appetite while delivering measurable business value.
