Description
Lead an engineering organization in a complex, globally distributed setting.
Manage infrastructure for high availability and performance optimization.
Focus on security and scalability of core product pillars.
Translate product vision into enterprise-grade software platforms.
Foster a culture of high performance and compliant engineering practices.
Implement technical strategies for cloud and data architecture.
Ensure integration of AI services into core infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement long-term technical roadmaps and architectures.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring compliance with global standards.
Manage technical debt and optimize development budgets.
Collaborate with product teams to build achievable roadmaps.
Ensure AI-driven features are supported by secure and compliant architecture.

Qualifications
10 years of progr
essive experience in software engineering.
5 years managing mission-critical applications in a high-growth setting.
Expertise in secure, scalable cloud-native platforms.
