Remote, U.S. | Eastern Time Zone Only| Full-Time
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a profitable, founder-led consumer wellness company generating $100M+ in annualized revenue across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other ecommerce channels.
As the company continues to scale, creator and affiliate marketing has become one of its fastest-growing customer acquisition channels. We are seeking a Head of Creator & Affiliate Growth to take full ownership of the creator ecosystem and turn it into a scalable, high-output growth engine.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who understands both sides of creator marketing: building strong relationships with creators and managing the data, economics, and strategy behind the program.
What You'll Own
Creator & Affiliate Growth
- Own the creator and affiliate program from strategy through execution
- Drive toward aggressive growth targets of 500 creator videos per day and approximately $3M/month in creator-driven revenue
- Manage creator commission structures, campaign investment, and program economics while maintaining profitability targets
- Identify the creators, campaigns, and strategies producing the strongest returns
TikTok Shop & GMV Strategy
- Serve as the internal expert on the TikTok Shop ecosystem
- Manage and optimize GMV Max, Shop Ads, Live Shopping, and TikTok Creator Marketplace (TCM)
- Develop strategies around open and targeted creator collaborations
- Allocate campaign budgets based on performance and growth opportunities
- Translate TikTok Shop performance into actionable strategies for creators and internal leadership
Creator Recruitment & Relationships
- Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators and affiliates
- Build strong relationships with top-performing creators
- Host weekly creator calls and regular check-ins to maintain engagement and production
- Develop a systematic process for identifying and reactivating creators who have become inactive
- Serve as the primary face of the brand within the creator community
Community Management
- Own and grow the company's creator Discord community
- Drive engagement, communication, announcements, and creator participation
- Create a community that creators view as valuable and want to remain actively involved in
Forecasting & Growth Planning
- Build and maintain a rolling 6-month creator growth forecast
- Develop onboarding and recruitment projections based on actual creator activity
- Conduct store and performance audits for prospective creator partners
- Track creator volume, revenue, engagement, retention, and profitability
Reporting & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with Marketing and other growth teams to ensure creator insights influence broader company strategy
- Lead biweekly performance discussions with Marketing
- Report on top-performing creators, revenue drivers, engagement trends, campaign performance, and emerging opportunities
- Maintain accurate reporting so leadership has immediate visibility into program performance
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an operator and builder, not someone who simply wants to maintain an existing influencer program.
You should be comfortable managing hundreds of relationships while simultaneously tracking revenue, forecasting growth, analyzing performance, protecting margins, and recruiting new creators.
Ideal candidates will have experience with several of the following:
- Managing or scaling a creator, affiliate, or influencer marketing program
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop
- Strong knowledge of GMV Max, Shop Ads, Live Shopping, and TikTok Creator Marketplace
- Demonstrated success driving revenue through creators or affiliates
- Creator sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Managing creator communities such as Discord
- Building growth forecasts tied to recruitment and onboarding activity
- Tracking creator KPIs, revenue, engagement, and profitability
- Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience within consumer wellness, beauty, skincare, apparel, fitness, CPG, ecommerce, or another creator-driven consumer brand is highly preferred.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 12 months, this person will have:
- Made measurable progress toward 500 creator videos per day
- Scaled toward approximately $3M in monthly creator-driven revenue
- Maintained required profitability and margin targets
- Built a consistent pipeline of high-performing creators
- Established an effective process for reactivating inactive creators
- Created an engaged and active creator community
- Developed reliable 6-month forecasting and performance reporting
- Established consistent creator performance reporting for Marketing and executive leadership
- Become the internal expert on creator performance and TikTok Shop growth
