As a Head of Channel Sales, you will build, lead, and scale our indirect go-to-market engine across partners, distributors, and resellers. You will own our channel revenue strategy, quota attainment, and profitable growth, driving market expansion for our EV charging infrastructure solutions by turning our partner ecosystem into a high-performing revenue machine.
Build, lead, and scale our indirect go-to-market strategy across partners, distributors, and resellers, owning overall channel revenue, margin, and quota attainment.
Recruit, onboard, certify, and mentor high-potential partners while establishing disciplined business reviews, joint business plans, and clear commercial governance.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of channel sales professionals while operating as an influential player/coach on strategic partner deals and executive engagements.
Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline inspection routines, and data-driven performance metrics to ensure visibility, risk mitigation, and continuous growth across the channel.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to deliver the tools, training, and commercial alignment needed to win in the EV market.
Impact: Ownership of the North America channel revenue engine with a seat at the table to shape our indirect sales strategy.

10+ years of progressive sales, channel leadership, or strategic partnership experience, with a strong background in EV charging, energy, infrastructure, cleantech, or B2B tech industries.
5+ years of people leadership experience successfully hiring, coaching, and scaling quota-carrying indirect sales teams.
Demonstrated expertise in designing channel strategies, managing partner economics and tier structures, and driving mutual profitability through complex B2B distribution channels.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $220,000 – $260,000 (Base + Commissions)
Compensation Philosophy: We provide a competitive base salary determined by the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
