Head of Category Strategy, Development and Enablement
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Head of Category Strategy, Development and Enablement for JBS/Pilgrims/Wild Fork Foods ROLE that reports on site to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.
The Head of Category Development and Enablement is a senior enterprise leader within the Center of Excellence (COE), operating as a shared services function for Pilgrims and JBS USA across Beef, Pork, Chicken, and Value-Added / Prepared Foods business.
This role is responsible for the processes, operating model, frameworks, and discipline behind how the enterprise understands markets, develops category-led growth strategies, aligns cross functionally on our GTM plans, orchestrates and enables commercial execution. The COE provides standardized, insight-led capabilities that support business units, brands, and channels.
The role leads Strategy, Category Development, Consumer & Innovation Insights, and Sales Enablement as centralized COE capabilities, partnering with Category Management, Brand, R&D, Revenue Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure consistent strategy development, decision support, and execution readiness across the enterprise.

The posted salary range represents the Companys good faith estimate of the compensation that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, tenure, internal equity, market data, and may vary accordingly.
