Pay Rate : $100.00-$125.00/hr (flexible DOE)
Salary: $200-250K (flexible DOE)

Overview
Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of consumer and safety products, is seeking a Head of AI Productivity & Collaboration Platforms to lead the enterprise strategy for AI-powered workplace transformation. This role will drive the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI and similar AI capabilities to fundamentally improve how employees automate work, access knowledge, and collaborate across the organization.

This leader will shape the future of the AI-enabled digital workplace, while also overseeing the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem—including SharePoint, Teams, Viva, and Office applications—to ensure these platforms support intelligent workflows, knowledge discovery, and modern employee experiences. The ideal candidate combines AI innovation leadership with deep Microsoft platform expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact productivity solutions across a global enterprise.

• Lead enterprise strategy and implementation for Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions.
• Drive adoption of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI and similar AI capabilities to enable intelligent automation, knowledge discovery, and workflow optimization.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve productivity, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making across business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to design AI-driven use cases that enhance collaboration, content management, and operational efficiency.
• Establish governance, security, and responsible AI practices for enterprise AI adoption.
• Build and maintain the AI productivity roadmap, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and digital transformation priorities.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and platforms to enhance the digital workplace.

• Own the strategy, governance, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem, including:
  • SharePoint Online
  • Teams
  • OneDrive
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Viva platform
• Define enterprise standards for content management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Drive improvements in the digital employee experience through modern workplace tools and platforms.
• Ensure collaboration platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise governance policies.
• Oversee integrations with additional collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Asana, and video collaboration platforms where applicable.
• Promote best practices for collaboration, document lifecycle management, and enterprise knowledge management across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• 8–12+ years of experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms or digital workplace technologies.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Office applications, and Viva.
• Hands-on or strategic experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI and similar AI capabilities.
• Experience leading AI-driven workplace transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise collaboration governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience integrating collaboration platforms with enterprise productivity and workflow tools.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and IT teams to drive technology adoption and measurable productivity improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
