Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Summary
TUYOU LLC is hiring a skilled and experienced Head Mechanic to oversee daily shop operations. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on mechanical expertise, and the ability to manage a small team while maintaining high-quality work standards.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of 3 mechanics
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gas vehicles
- Assign and manage daily tasks and workflow
- Complete and maintain accurate paperwork and service records
- Provide end-of-day summaries of completed work and shop activity
- Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed
- Assist team with complex mechanical issues when needed
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working on diesel and gas vehicles
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time, tasks, and a team effectively
- Comfortable with paperwork and reporting
- Valid driver’s license preferred
