Head Girls Wrestling Coach

Johnson Creek High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as the Head Girls Wrestling Coach. Responsibilities - Lead and instruct high school wrestlers in fundamental skills and advanced techniques; organize and oversee practice sessions, ensuring a safe a productive training environment; develop and implement effective coaching strategies to enhance individual and team performance; and foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork. Requirements: Previous coaching experience in wrestling is preferred; strong knowledge of wrestling techniques and rules; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes; commitment to the academic and personal development of student-athletes.
