Impact Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Girls Basketball Coach to
lead and grow our program. ICA is a Christ-centered school entering its second year of WIAA
athletics, offering a unique opportunity to build a program from the ground up within a growing
school community.
The Head Coach will oversee all aspects of the girls basketball program, including planning and
leading practices and competitions, developing players' skills and game understanding, building
team culture, and fostering a program rooted in discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This
role also includes clear communication with players, families, and school leadership while
ensuring alignment with WIAA expectations.
