    Duties and responsibilities of the position include:

    • Preparing meals for children in the Melba S. Lehner Children's School.
    • Meet all requirements for the Utah State Food Program.
    • Requires weekly grocery shopping and occasional shopping for other supplies as needed.
    • Weekly record keeping and paperwork.
    • Maintain Department of Health Standards.
    • Attend annual State Food Program training.

    Required Qualifications

    State of Utah Food Handlers Permit is required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Previous experience working within a facility kitchen is preferred.

The annual salary for this part-time position starts at $17,920 and may go up from there depending on candidate qualifications. The position comes with sick leave, but no other benefits.
