SOUTHGATE ANDERSON HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC OFFICE COACHING VACANCY NOTICE - PLEASE POST

The following position is open in the Southgate Community School District for the 2026-2027 sports season:

TITLE: Head Coach - Boys Varsity Soccer

Southgate Anderson is a Class A high school with an enrollment of approximately 1000 students in grades 9-12. Southgate Anderson High School is a member of the Downriver League. A full range of academic and athletic programs are offered for middle school as well as high school boys and girls.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Coaching Experience in the sport.
2. Experience in the sport on an organized team.
3. Course work in the sport.
4. Preference will be given to a person who possesses a valid teaching certificate and is qualified to fill current o r future teaching positions available in the Southgate Community School District.
5. A combination of the above qualifications as the Superintendent or designee may find appropriate and acceptable.

SALARY: The successful candidate's salary will be determined from a base salary schedule according to Appendix B of the Teacher's Agreement. This position is a contracted position through EduStaff.
