Opening in late summer/early fall 2026, Bistro Cat is a neighborhood bistro in Greenpoint serving modern bistro fare in what feels like your friend s cozy dining room.
We're looking for a head chef/chef de cuisine who thrives in a collaborative and creative environment, communicates clearly, leads with professionalism and positivity, and has a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Menu development
- Kitchen management
- BOH operations and systems
- Staff hiring, training, and scheduling
- Food cost, inventory, and labor management
