    Job Title: Head Cheerleading Coach

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Head Coach serves as the primary leader of The Lincoln University FEFE Cheerleading

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Overseeing all aspects of the cheerleading program

    Making final decisions regarding team selection, placements, and discipline

    Enforcing all rules, regulations, and expectations outlined in the constitution

    Serving as the primary liaison between the program and university administration

    Leading program development, culture, and vision

    Must attend a minimum of three (3) practices per week

    Must attend at least ninety percent (90%) of all games and appearances

    EDUCATION:

    60+ college credits, associate's degree, specialized training or certification in related area, or five or more years of related and commendable work experience.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    Work is primarily performed in a university campus environment and requires a flexible schedule including evening and weekend work. Travel for administrative work is expected. The employee is subject to inside environmental conditions: protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
