Description
Head Catering & Delivery Service Administrator
Location: Chick-fil-A Cascade Road
Reports To: Director of Operations / Executive Administrative Assistant
Status: Part-Time / On-Call
Position Overview:
We're looking for an organized, hospitable leader to own our catering business from start to finish. You'll be the
point of contact for catering guests, make sure every order is accurate and on time, and lead our team through
big events so every guest gets the Chick-fil-A experience, whether they're in our restaurant or at their office,
church, school, or party.
Key Responsibilities:
-Order Management: Take, confirm, and schedule catering orders by phone, email, and the Chick-fil-A catering
app; manage the catering calendar for 5 AM - 5 PM fulfillment
-Team Leadership: Lead, schedule, and train catering team members; run the team on-site for large events and
high-volume orders
-Event Execution: Plan staffing, food prep timing, packaging, and delivery or setup for big events; be on-site to
lead when needed
-Guest Relationships: Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations; follow up
after orders and handle any issues with care
-Quality & Accuracy: Check every order before it leaves; make sure food safety, temperature, and presentation
standards are met
-Growth: Help grow catering sales through outreach, repeat business, and partnering with our
Marketing Director on promotions
-Coordination: Work with the Kitchen Director and shift leaders so catering volume doesn't disrupt in-store
and drive-thru service
*Admin Track catering sales, supplies, and delivery logistics; report results to the Operator*
What We're Looking For: (Required)
• Reliable availability between 5 AM - 5 PM, Mon - Sat
• 1-2+ years of catering, event, or restaurant management
experience
• Proven ability to lead a team under pressure
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with timelines
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Experience with sales or business outreach
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
*Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long period of time*
