Responsibilities:- Leadership ability for training and communicating with fellow staff members
- Design and decorate cakes for various occasions, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Collaborate with the baking team to create unique cake concepts and flavors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage inventory and order decorating supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to understand their vision and provide personalized cake options.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve decorating skills.
- Participate in special events and promotions to showcase cake designs.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:- Provide 5 -10 pictures of your previous work along with resume.
- Saturdays a must, No Sundays.
- Proven experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role within a bakery.
- Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail in cake design.
- Knowledge of various cake decorating techniques and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Food handling certification is a plus.
- Passion for baking and a desire to create memorable experiences for customers.
