Full-Time Head Athletic Trainer
The Head Athletic Trainer will maintain and coordinate a comprehensive sports medicine program for Spalding University athletics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform professional and administrative services essential for the success of the program.
Duties will include:
- Injury prevention, emergency care, first aid and physical rehabilitation of injuries incurred by Spalding University's intercollegiate athletes.
- Will organize and conduct medically prescribed sports rehabilitation and conditioning programs following an injury and be responsible for appropriate organization and implementation of athletic insurance claim paperwork and follow-up as necessary.
- Supervise, and participate in the teaching of graduate athletic training students enrolled in an innovative, new entry-level Master of Science Degree Program in Athletic Training.
