Job Summary:

Seeking a Head and Neck Surgical Oncologist to join Mission Health and its busy, established, and growing practice, Head and Neck Specialists of Western North Carolina, right here in Asheville. 

About Position:
  • Head and Neck Surgical Oncology Program offering comprehensive services in the Western North Carolina market
  • Role requires fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction
  • Outpatient clinic is located on hospital campus for centralization of services
  • Incoming Head and Neck Surgeon will join an existing team of two and help continue to grow a world class comprehensive Head and Neck Surgical Oncology Program
  • Multidisciplinary Program consisting of Head and Neck Surgeons, APPs, medical / radiation oncologists, speech pathology, nutrition, rehabilitation, and care coordinators 
  • Head and Neck Surgical Oncology practice call coverage shared amongst providers in the group

Qualified Candidates:
  • New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
  • Interest / experience in trauma coverage is required
  • Board eligible / board certified is required
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
