Job Title: HDPE Pipe Fuser / Welder

Location: Port Lavaca, TX / Willing to Travel

Reports to: Project Superintendent

Salary Range: $24 - $29 Hourly DOE - Plus Per Diem

What You Will Do:

We are seeking experienced HDPE Pipe Welders / Fusers to support projects across Texas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on fusion experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform HDPE pipe fusion and welding in accordance with project specifications and manufacturer procedures
• Set up, operate, and maintain fusion equipment
• Inspect joints and workmanship to ensure quality and compliance
• Follow all company, client, and site-specific safety requirements
• Complete required documentation and daily work reports
• Work effectively as part of a field crew and communicate with supervision
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Will Need (minimum qualifications):

• Previous HDPE welding / fusion experience required
• Active TWIC required
• Ability to work in outdoor field conditions
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various Texas project locations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Compensation:

• Hourly pay: $24 - $29 per hour
• Per diem provided
• Work available across multiple Texas project
