    IDR is seeking a HCM Peoplesoft Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Suwanee, GA. In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable PeopleSoft HCM solutions. This is a long-term engagement with an established organization in the public sector/education space, focused on delivering hands-on enhancements, support, and knowledge transfer.

    Position Overview for the HCM Peoplesoft Business Analyst:

    • Serve as the liaison between HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to gather requirements, document process flows, and translate business needs into PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
    • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for PeopleSoft HCM, with a strong focus on Benefits and Compensation.
    • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate/configure fixes across stakeholders.
    • Deliver hands-on enhancements, including configuration, customizations, integrations, and reporting support as needed.
    • Build and execute test plans, support UAT, and document solutions to enable effective knowledge transfer and long-term supportability.

    Requirements for the HCM Peoplesoft Business Analyst :

    • Demonstrated experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM in a hands-on, technical capacity (not purely functional/business analysis).
    • Recent, direct experience with PeopleSoft HCM Benefits and Compensation processes/modules.
    • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development tools such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and/or Integration Broker.
    • Experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 (preferred) or 8.6+.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical business users.
