Days: Part-time; about 9 hours a week
Mode of delivery: Hybrid, onsite as needed for workshops/events
City State: Remote/TN

Role description:

Leads SAP SuccessFactors current-state assessment (Workstream 2) — evaluates modules in use (Employee Central, Onboarding/Offboarding, Learning), integration points with SAP ECC, and HR-related master data including employee, organizational, and positional data. Leads HR Core and Payroll functional discovery for Workstream 4, including assessment of shadow systems (Pension, SMAN, LMS, employee clearance tracker). Produces the SuccessFactors to S/4 Integration Strategy and SuccessFactors Roadmap Alignment with S/4 Transformation deliverables.
