HCL Domino Administrator
This role is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the HCL Domino platform, which is a collaborative software solution that enables teams to work together more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the HCL Domino server, including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. • Ensure the security and integrity of the HCL Domino environment, including user authentication, access control, and data encryption. • Design and implement efficient database structures and workflows to optimize performance and user experience. • Provide technical support and training to end-users on HCL Domino features and functionality. • Collaborate with other teams to integrate HCL Domino with other systems and applications. • Stay up-to-date with the latest HCL Domino releases and best practices to ensure the organization is utilizing the platform to its full potential.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience with HCL Domino administration and development. • Strong understanding of HCL Domino architecture, configuration, and security. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication and training skills. • Experience with scripting languages such as LotusScript or Java.
Preferred Qualifications:
• HCL Domino certification (e.g. Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator). • Experience with HCL Domino development tools such as the Domino Designer. • Knowledge of other collaboration platforms and technologies. • Experience with cloud-based services and infrastructure.
