About the Job

Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Green Bay, WI, to haul auto parts in dry van trailers for our dedicated customer, Advance Auto Parts. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

This is a career advancement opportunity for CDL truck drivers. We are looking for drivers that want to move beyond transporting standard freight and step into a higher tier of professional driving. Auto parts support essential functions to keep our economy moving and we need drivers who are looking to advance in their career and contribute to this important industry.

We are willing to train on hazmat to help you to obtain your endorsement, as long as the process is initiated upon hire. We want to help you excel and succeed in this career advancement move.

Pay

Get paid weekly earning activity-based pay at $.527 cents per mile and $15 per stop. Drivers are averaging $80,000 per year. We are also offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus with the first payment after 30 days!

Schedule

Enjoy daily home time with a Monday-Friday schedule and weekends off! Day shifts start between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m., making shuttle loads to and from Remington IN. Night shifts start between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m., making multi-stop store deliveries throughout Northeastern Wisconsin. Shifts typically last 10-12 hours.

Equipment

Drivers are operating new automatic Freightliner daycabs. This position requires driver unload at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack. Hazmat is required.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• With the Department of Transportations Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
• Additional qualifications will apply
