Description
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. Haul auto parts on overnight routes while enjoying daily home time, competitive earnings, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Pay & Bonuses
Average annual pay: $80,000
Mileage pay: $0.634 per mile
Stop pay: $25 per stop
Sign-on bonus: $5,000, with the first payment after 30 days
Paid weekly with activity-based compensation
Schedule & Home Time
Home daily
Five days per week with two consecutive days off
Available schedules: Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday
Nightly dispatch between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Approximately 40–60 hours per week
Dedicated routes with multi-stop deliveries and shuttle runs
Deliveries to the Madison and Green Bay areas

Dry van trailers
New automatic Freightliner day-cab trucks
Driver unload required at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack
Requirements
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
Hazmat endorsement required
Doubles endorsement preferred
Ability to work overnight schedules and perform driver-unload duties
Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
