Title: Human Resources Coordinator II
Location: Houston, TX 77010 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00/hr. On W2


Job Description:
  • We are seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient recruiting operations and successful hiring outcomes across multiple locations.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple locations and business units.
  • Manage interview logistics, including travel arrangements, onsite coordination, and scheduling across multiple calendars.
  • Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Pre-Employment Processing
  • Initiate and monitor background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Track completion of onboarding prerequisites and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Escalate issues and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Candidate Communication
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide timely communication regarding interview schedules, status updates, and next steps.
  • Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within SuccessFactors.
  • Update candidate statuses and ensure recruiting data integrity.
  • Support compliance and reporting requirements by maintaining accurate information.
  • Candidate Experience Support
  • Prepare interview packets and onboarding materials.
  • Provide candidates with relevant information regarding site locations, safety requirements, travel details, and interview expectations.
  • Ensure a seamless experience from initial interview through onboarding.
  • Operational Support
  • Assist with recruiting events, reporting, and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Advisors and HR Business Partners with administrative recruiting activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support recruiting operations.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR Operations, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using SuccessFactors or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting recruiting operations in manufacturing, industrial, utility, energy, or multi-site environments.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale hiring or onboarding activities.
