Summary
Be a vital part of our hatchery operations and help ensure healthy, high-quality chicks every day! As a Hatchery Technician \u2013 Night Shift, you will monitor and record machine temperatures and humidity across all incubators and hatchers, ensuring optimal conditions for every egg. You'll work closely with our maintenance team to quickly address any issues, keeping operations running smoothly. You'll also be hands on with loading and unloading egg trucks, tray eggs, setting eggs, stacking chick boxes, and supporting sanitation efforts making you a key player in the production process. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-quality hatchery operation.
This position has a base rate of $17.25 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Schedule: Tuesday night 5:00pm-5:00am, Saturday 5:00pm-5:00pm and Sunday 5:00pm to 5:00am
