Hatchery Poultry Worker

Hatchery Workers work alongside team members to handle daily operations inside an egg-to-chick facility, performing tasks like egg traying, chick processing, and sanitation. Typical work hours are from approximately 5 am to 1 pm with Sanitation running from 5:30 am to 1 pm. Starting pay rate at the Hatchery is $15.50/hour with a $3.00/hour attendance bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comfortable working with live birds.
• Maintain proper bird handling.
• Adhere to Company, Safety, and Animal Welfare policies and procedures.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.
