As a Harry’s Front of House Team Member, your job is to help create an exceptional guest experience with the mentality of 100% Guest Satisfaction. 100% of the Time. You will provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service while working alongside your team to ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional service to every guest.
• Follow all company service standards, procedures, and expectations to ensure a consistent guest experience.
• Assist guests with questions regarding menu items, beverages, specials, and other offerings as appropriate to your position.
• Accurately communicate guest needs, requests, and concerns to the appropriate team members or management.
• Work collaboratively with other Front of House and Back of House team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, specials, promotions, and restaurant operations relevant to your position.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready work environment throughout each shift.
• Protect the establishment and guests by following all sanitation, safety, food handling, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Anticipate guest and team needs and take initiative to provide assistance when needed.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
