Job Title : Hardware Refresh Technician
Location : Cedar Rapids, IA
Duration : 1 Year (with possible extension)

Job Description:

·       Hardware build technicians. These individuals will be focused on hands-on hardware builds.

·       Experience with Hardware Refresh

·       Win 11 Refresh Experience

·       Windows 7 & 10 experience.

·       Office 365 a plus

·       Installation, configuration and maintenance of windows, hardware’s, and software’s.

·       Break/fix experience

·       Ticketing Experience

·       Basic Networking skills

·       Profession and excellent communication.
