Duration : 1 Year (with possible extension)

Job Description:

• Technician who will only work on hardware refreshes in Cedar Rapids, IA.
• Have experience imaging Dell model devices with Windows 11 in large volumes
• Have some knowledge of asset management procedures using Service Now
• Experience with hardware sanitization and e-waste processes
• Be able to assist with local hardware deployments/setups when tasked
