    Analytics Engineer

    Enterprise Products & Intelligence

    Vietnam

    Summary

OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity, delivers an end-to-end platform that gives public and private sector organizations and enterprises the critical advantage needed to protect their complex networks, secure their devices, and ensure compliance. Over the last 20 years our commitment to innovative technology has earned the trust of more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally, solidifying our role in protecting the world's critical infrastructure and securing our way of life.

    About the Role

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer who combines deep business understanding with analytical expertise to shape the internal products we build. As AI-powered analytics enables business teams to create their own reports and dashboards, this role focuses on defining and governing trusted metrics, working with data teams to ensure their reliability, and identifying opportunities to improve business workflows. Embedded within a product team, you will translate those insights into requirements and help develop data and analytical features that support better decisions and actions within the product itself.

You will be assigned to Sales & Marketing domain and work alongside the product pod that serves it, with the data platform and modern AI tooling to build on.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Metric ownership: Own the definitions, documentation, and change control for your domain's certified metrics. Maintain a single source of truth so that teams asking the same question get the same number, and act as the point of resolution when definitions are challenged or diverge.
    • Data quality: Define and enforce freshness, completeness, and accuracy expectations for the datasets and pipelines behind your domain's metrics. Build automated dbt tests and monitoring into the pipelines you own, investigate failures and anomalies, trace root cause back to source, and escalate upstream issues to the Data Platform team with supporting evidence.
    • Analytics engineering (dbt): Design, build, and maintain the dbt models and semantic layer that serve your domain - written in SQL and Python, version-controlled in Git, tested, and documented. Follow the team's modelling standards for layering, naming, and incremental logic, and keep dbt documentation and lineage current as models change.
    • In-product features: Build in-product data and insight features end to end: embedded metric panels and insight cards, exception and alert surfaces, prioritized work queues, agent-assisted workflow steps, and the instrumentation behind them. Prototype in a sandbox, then ship through engineering review, tests, and feature flags alongside the pod's engineers.
    • Analysis & reporting: provide support to business users with more complex analytics requests, with the goal to enable them to self-service in the long run.
    • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business owners in your domain; document your work so others can use and extend it; and support business users querying certified metrics themselves.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • SQL (required): Strong query writing, data modeling, and performance-aware analytics against large datasets; comfortable with CTEs, window functions, and reading an execution plan when a query is slow.
    • Demonstrated ability to apply AI to data and product analysis, including using AI-assisted tools to investigate business questions, building and validating analytical outputs such as dashboards, reports, or prototypes, and developing semantic models and metric definitions that support reliable AI-powered analytics.
    • Python (required): Proficient in data analysis, transformation and automation scripting, and rapid prototyping (pandas or similar, working against APIs, testing your own code).
    • Experience: 3-5 years in analytics engineering, data analysis, BI, or a comparable data role, with at least one example of work you owned end to end.
    • Data quality instinct: Habit of validating your own numbers before publishing them - reconciliation against source, sanity checks, and a documented definition behind every metric you ship.
    • Business curiosity: Ability to learn a business process deeply and translate it into metrics, instrumentation, and requirements engineers can build against.
    • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with business stakeholders; able to explain a number, defend a definition under challenge, and say when the data does not support the conclusion.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with modern BI or AI-native analytics platforms and metric certification workflows.
    • Advanced dbt practice: custom generic tests, macros and packages, exposures, or CI-enforced model builds.
    • Data quality or observability tooling beyond dbt tests (Great Expectations, Elementary, or similar).
    • Hands-on use of agentic AI development tooling to prototype features or automate analysis.
    • Exposure to shipping software under engineering standards: version control, code review, tests, feature flags.

Director of AI & Data Platform

    Enterprise Products & Intelligence

    Vietnam

    Summary

OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity, delivers an end-to-end platform that gives public and private sector organizations and enterprises the critical advantage needed to protect their complex networks, secure their devices, and ensure compliance. Over the last 20 years our commitment to innovative technology has earned the trust of more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally, solidifying our role in protecting the world's critical infrastructure and securing our way of life.

    The Position

OPSWAT is building the internal AI & Data platform that will power every non-engineering function at the company - Finance, HR, Legal, Sales Ops, Marketing, CX, IT, Security, and Supply Chain. We are not buying our way out of this problem with off-the-shelf SaaS; we are building it ourselves, with AI-accelerated development, and we need a leader to own the foundation.

As Director of AI Platform & Data, you will own the AI Platform pillar end-to-end and be accountable to executive leadership for its outcomes. You will run the connective tissue that makes company-wide AI enablement real: the MCP servers and gateway, the agent runtime and orchestration layer, the AI-native data platform that feeds them, the analytics layer that surfaces insight through conversation rather than dashboards, and the governance framework that keeps it all safe. You will lead a multi-team organization, make the platform decisions, set the technical and product direction, and represent this pillar to the CEO, COO, and senior leadership. This role is for someone who thinks like a founder, builds like an engineer, and leads like an operator - someone ready to run an org, not assist in running one.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI Platform & Data pillar end-to-end: MCP servers, agent runtime and orchestration framework, AI-native data platform, analytics products, and governance.
    • Scale and lead a multi-team organization spanning Orchestration, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Governance; recruit, mentor, and develop engineering managers and technical leads - and raise the bar on the leaders you inherit.
    • Build the AI-native data platform - a foundation with CDC pipelines, a semantic layer designed for LLM consumption, lineage, freshness SLAs, and a quality framework that makes agent outputs trustworthy by default.
    • Reinvent the analytics function. Move the company from static dashboards to agent-driven insights: natural-language analytics, autonomous deep-dives, anomaly detection, and proactive surfacing of business signals to the teams that need them.
    • Define and enforce the architectural patterns that let product teams across Finance, HR, Legal, CX, Supply Chain, and GTM Systems ship AI-powered internal workflows on the shared platform - without rebuilding plumbing every time.
    • Own OPSWAT's private LLM strategy and operating model, including model selection, fine-tuning and post-training, secure deployment, inference infrastructure, evaluation, observability, and lifecycle management. Build private models that can power internal agents, AI-assisted SDLC, and sensitive-data workflows where public or externally hosted models are not appropriate.
    • Establish the architecture and decision framework for routing workloads between OPSWAT-hosted models and approved external foundation models based on data classification, security requirements, latency, quality, and cost.
    • Build and govern the training and evaluation data pipelines required to improve OPSWAT's private models, including dataset curation, anonymization, access controls, versioning, benchmarking, red-team testing, and protection against data leakage.
    • Partner with Security, Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to define private-model use cases across secure coding, internal knowledge retrieval, cybersecurity analysis, operational agents, and regulated or customer-sensitive workflows.
    • Eliminate shadow IT by making the platform the obvious choice: design MCP servers, data connectors, and agent primitives that are faster, safer, and easier than DIY alternatives.
    • Establish the governance framework - model access, data classification, audit, evaluation, cost controls - that lets the company adopt AI broadly without compromising security or compliance.
    • Drive a development culture that runs ahead of the industry curve on agentic coding, AI-assisted SDLC, and internal tooling velocity - the platform team should be the most productive engineering team in the company.
    • Represent the pillar to executive leadership, business function heads, and external partners; own the narrative, the roadmap, and the results.

    What We Need From You

    • 10+ years in software, data, or platform engineering, with 6+ years leading engineering teams and at least 2 years managing managers.
    • Demonstrated track record building and shipping platform products at scale - internal developer platforms, AI/ML infrastructure, modern data platforms, or equivalent.
    • Deep hands-on fluency with the modern AI stack: LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent), MCP, prompt engineering, and evaluation/observability.
    • Hands-on understanding of private LLM deployment and optimization, including open-weight models, supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, quantization, inference serving, GPU infrastructure, model evaluation, and secure model operations.
    • Experience designing hybrid AI architectures that intelligently route requests between private models and commercial foundation models while maintaining security, quality, latency, and cost controls.
    • Strong data engineering and analytics foundation: lakehouse architectures (Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake), CDC, streaming, dbt-style transformation, semantic layers, and analytics-grade data quality. You have built data platforms that serve both humans and machines.
    • Security and governance mindset - you have built systems that needed to pass audit, not just demos.
    • Proven ability to partner with non-technical business functions and translate ambiguous requirements into platform capabilities.
    • An innovator's instinct paired with an operator's discipline: you bring ideas to the table proactively, then ship them with rigor.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can hold the room with the CEO and pair-program with an IC in the same week.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

    • Background in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, or another regulated industry.
    • Experience fine-tuning or post-training open-weight models for enterprise, cybersecurity, software engineering, or domain-specific use cases.
    • Familiarity with private inference platforms and tooling such as vLLM, SGLang, Hugging Face, NVIDIA NIM, Kubernetes-based GPU serving, or equivalent technologies.
    • Experience automating revenue operations, finance, HR, or legal workflows through AI.
    • Familiarity with SugarCRM, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise system metadata and integration patterns.
    • Experience standing up MCP servers, agent infrastructure, or AI gateways in production.
    • A point of view on how AI is changing the way internal engineering teams ship software, and how to bring that perspective to a 700+ person company.

    Product Analyst (Sales & Marketing)

We are looking for a Product Analyst who combines deep business understanding with analytical expertise to shape the internal products we build.

Senior Agentic Software Engineer - Marketing

    Enterprise Products & Intelligence

    AMER, EMEA

We are looking for an innovative engineer for the GTM Product Team to strengthen the technology beneath OPSWATs marketing operations. Marketing runs on HubSpot today, and it works hard for us: 1.1 million contacts, 817 active workflows, and the integrations that connect it to SugarCRM, Salesloft, My OPSWAT, websites and our data master. Your first job is to make that foundation more reliable - keeping the integrations healthy, resolving the sync and data-quality issues that slow the team down, and giving Marketing Operations a technical partner who understands their platform from the inside.

From there, you will help us build the next generation of that capability in house. The four functions HubSpot performs for us are the roadmap: marketing automation and email; lead capture from web, portal, events and webinars; lead management, meaning scoring, lifecycle and routing; contact data governance and consent and tight integration with our OPSWAT Data Master (ODM). Along the way you will bring AI into the product to enable smarter lead qualification, routing and scoring and more automated campaign managements.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Build the Platform

    • Build one governed front door for every lead, whatever the source - web forms, My OPSWAT, webinars, field events, partner and list imports - so each lead is validated, de-duplicated, consented and enriched once, at the gate, and nothing reaches the CRM or the data spine any other way.
    • Build AI-native lead qualification: a model that reads fit and engagement across every signal we hold - product usage in My OPSWAT, Academy progress, web behavior, intent, firmographics - ranks the whole database with real resolution, explains every score in plain language, and learns from what SDRs actually convert.
    • Build intelligent lead routing: the right lead to the right rep at the right moment, with territory, capacity, availability and priority held as data that Marketing Operations can shape and preview themselves, and a decision record behind every assignment so anyone can see why a lead went where it did.
    • Make every hand-off dependable: each lead tracked from capture to first touch, stalls surfaced automatically, every priority tier followed up, and nothing lost between systems.
    • Give Marketing Operations a self-service campaign layer: per-campaign behavior - routing, priority, nurture - configured in minutes with a preview of what it would have done to yesterdays leads, so new campaigns stop requiring new workflows and old overrides expire on their own.
    • Build the platform AI-native from day one: expose its data and actions through an MCP server so OPSWATs internal agents and assistants can look up a lead, explain a routing decision, or trigger a campaign action in natural language - and design every capability so an agent can use it as readily as a person can.
    • Make consent and suppression a single source of truth, enforced at the gate and impossible to bypass, and stream every signal and every decision into OPSWAT Data Master so marketing, product and sales data finally join in one place.
    • Build the seams to SugarCRM, the email service provider, visitor identification, enrichment and My OPSWAT so that a failure in any one of them is contained, retried and visible - never silent, never lossy.
    • Leveraging OPSWAT Agentic SDLC - use the Platform teams agentic coding platform as your primary means of production, own the quality and security of what ships, and document the system as you go so it stays knowable.

Keep HubSpot Running Through the Transition

    • Own the health of HubSpots existing integrations until each one is retired: the SugarCRM sync through the Sugar Data Tool, Salesloft, the My OPSWAT feed (portal and Academy), 6sense enrichment, web forms and the Forms API.
    • Triage and resolve integration incidents across HubSpot and its neighbors - root-cause them, fix them permanently, and write down what happened.
    • Make safe, minimal changes in HubSpot when the business needs them, and hold the line against new workflow and list sediment that the migration would only have to unwind.
    • Build the Forms Gateway pull-forward so website capture decouples from HubSpot early, and run the interim enrollment connector that keeps Salesloft working through cutover.
    • Reconcile HubSpot and platform data continuously during the parallel run so drift is caught long before a cutover gate.

    What We Need From You

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • 6+ years building and operating production backend systems, with at least 3 in Python
    • Demonstrated, recent, daily practice building software with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agent mode, Codex or similar). You can show us the workflow, the review and test loop, and something real that shipped through it.
    • Production support of a marketing automation platforms integrations - HubSpot strongly preferred; Marketo or Pardot considered - including its APIs, its data model, and its sync to a CRM. You have kept one of these healthy while other things changed around it.
    • Production experience with event-driven and durable-execution patterns: message queues, outboxes, idempotency keys, replay. Temporal or a comparable workflow engine strongly preferred.
    • Hands-on integration engineering against real vendor APIs - REST, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, rate limits, retries - built and operated, not configured through a wizard.
    • PostgreSQL to a strong level: schema design, JSONB, partitioning, migrations with Alembic, and query performance work you can describe.
    • Cloud deployment on Azure or AWS: containers, infrastructure as code (Terraform or Bicep), CI/CD with GitHub Actions, secrets management, observability.
    • Experience shipping LLM features into a product: structured outputs, evaluation discipline, confidence thresholds, fallbacks and guardrails - consuming a provided model gateway rather than building the infrastructure.
    • Excellent written and spoken English, and the skill to explain a technical trade-off to a marketing operations lead in their terms.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

    • SugarCRM logic hooks and REST API, or another CRMs server-side extension model; Salesforce Apex or triggers transferable.
    • Marketing technology domain knowledge: lead scoring and routing, consent and suppression, deliverability and ESP warm-up, campaign attribution.
