Hardware Engineering Program Manager -

Responsibilities: of the Hardware Engineering Program Manager: Drive full lifecycle hardware development programs from concept through production, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Lead cross-functional coordination across mechanical, electrical, thermal, optical, and systems engineering teams, ensuring alignment and execution. Own program schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation while actively stepping in to support technical problem-solving when needed. Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless production and delivery. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making across infrastructure domains including data centers, wiring, fiber, power, and server systems. Qualifications: of the Hardware Engineering Program Manager: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline. 10+ years of engineering experience within high-tech hardware environments (networking, data center infrastructure, servers, or electronics). 5+ years of program management experience leading complex hardware or embedded systems initiatives. Strong technical breadth across hardware domains (mechanical, electrical, thermal, signal, and infrastructure systems) with the ability to dive into details. Proficiency in program management platforms such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Confluence.
