- FPGA verification & lab testing
- DO-254 compliance (Required)

- RTL design & simulation (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog)
- Develop UVM test environments
- Perform:
- Static timing
- Linting
- CDC analysis
- Support DO-254 certification (DAL-A)
- Participate in FAA audits
- Manage full hardware lifecycle:
- Requirements Design Synthesis P&R
- Provide technical & process guidance to offshore teams
- Strong FPGA/ASIC verification experience (5+ years minimum)
- Experience with DO-254 documentation & processes
- Ability to mentor & coordinate remote teams
- Strong communication skills
