Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented Hardware Design Engineer to join our cutting-edge Automotive EV team in . Responsibilities:

• Design and develop hardware components and systems for automotive electric vehicle (EV) applications
• Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware specifications for EV subsystems
• Perform hardware validation, testing, and debugging of EV electronic control units (ECUs) and power electronics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, software, and mechanical engineers
• Support design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) processes
• Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure hardware reliability and safety compliance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and BOMs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in hardware design engineering, preferably in automotive or EV applications
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, or equivalent)
• Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, or Ethernet
• Familiarity with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE) and EMC/EMI compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
