CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Hardscape Construction Laborers for projects in the Charlotte, NC area. We are looking for reliable workers with structural hardscaping & Landscaping experience who can work well with a team and help complete high-quality outdoor construction projects.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in hardscaping, landscaping, retaining walls, pavers, outdoor structures, and related site work.

Pay Rate

$20 - $25

Work Scope Includes

• Assisting with structural hardscape installation projects
• Installing retaining walls, pavers, and outdoor hardscape features
• Moving and staging landscaping and construction materials
• Operating hand tools and power tools safely
• Supporting grading, layout, and site preparation work
• Working closely with crews to complete projects efficiently
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites

Requirements

• Hardscaping or landscaping experience required
• Structural hardscape experience strongly preferred
• Clean driving record REQUIRED
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Must be dependable, team-oriented, and punctual
• Must bring basic work boots and PPE
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
