We’re hiring heavy equipment mechanics to work on the newest fleet in the industry. You'll diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on heavy equipment and aerial lifts — with our T3 platform powering you along the way.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment, working independently
Read schematics and use diagnostic software to isolate faults
Document work orders accurately and daily in T3 (laptop/tablet)
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
Mentor junior technicians
Hands-on experience servicing heavy equipment, aerial lifts, or diesel systems
Your own tools applicable to the position
Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical diagnostics
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; 21+ to operate company vehicles
Trade school certificate or OEM certifications
Working knowledge of OSHA requirements
Experience across multiple equipment manufacturers
