A growing Columbus commercial GC/construction manager with public and private work across Ohio is hiring an Estimator who thrives on bid day. You'll own hard-bid public pursuits from takeoff to submission. Confidential search. If you deliver results and care about doing it right, let's talk.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete hard-bid estimates for public and prevailing-wage projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs and self-perform pricing
• Solicit, level, and analyze subcontractor and supplier bids
• Manage bid forms, bonds, and public-bid requirements
• Run bid day and support handoff to operations at award

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial estimating (mid or senior level)
• Hard-bid public or prevailing-wage experience strongly preferred
• On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Knowledge of construction means and methods
