    • Perform repairs and maintenance with meticulous detail and safety.
    • Select materials that match specifications, longevity needs, and client preferences.
    • Provide time and cost estimates and assist with accurate billing.
    • Create repeat fans by delivering outstanding customer service.

    Must-haves

    • 3–5 years of experience across multiple trades.
    • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
    • Owned truck or van and your own tool set.
    • Experience quoting jobs (labor/materials) strongly preferred.
    • Commitment to earn OSHA 10 Certification within 90 days of employment.
    • Comfort with technology; Service Titan experience is a plus.

    Physical capabilities

    • Stand, walk, and climb ladders/stairs (at least 15 ft.).
    • Lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

    • Maintain clear near, far, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception (natural or corrected).
