Richards Handyman Services is looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential installations of: new kitchen appliances, storm doors, vanities, faucets, and kitchen cabinets.
You are hard-working, a team player, self motivate and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing smart phone/tablet applications for Project management and electronic paperwork
- Deliver and install kitchen appliances and other home fixtures, using tools such as hammers, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical testing devices
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance or appliance installation
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used
- Provide own tools and vehicle (cargo van, Box truck or enclosed trailer)
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
