We are looking for a dependable Handyman / Home Service Technician Assistant who is eager to learn, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to build a career in the home services industry. What You'll Do
Assist with residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
Support technicians with home repairs, remodeling projects, and aging-in-place modifications
Prepare work areas, organize materials, and maintain clean job sites
Load, unload, and transport tools and supplies
Learn proper use of tools, materials, and industry best practices
Assist with customer service and professional communication on job sites
Help deliver the exceptional service and craftsmanship TruBlue is known for
Typical Projects Include
Drywall repair and patching
Painting and touch-up work
Basic carpentry and wood repairs
Door and window repairs
Deck and fence maintenance
Bathroom and kitchen updates

Who You Are
Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Interested in carpentry, construction, remodeling, painting, or general home repairs
Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team
Professional and respectful when interacting with customers
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Owns basic tools or is willing to acquire them over time (preferred but not required)
