What You’ll Do
Assist with a variety of home repair and maintenance projects
Prepare job sites, manage clean-up, and organize tools and materials
Learn proper techniques for working with tools, materials, and customers
Support home safety modifications and general home care services
Represent the TruBlue brand with professionalism and a positive, helpful attitude
Who You Are
Reliable, respectful, and eager to learn
Interested in carpentry, painting, or general home repair work
Comfortable following direction and working as part of a team
Have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Own basic tools or are willing to acquire them over time (preferred, not required)
