ElmBrook Handyman is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, dependable Handyman / Home Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and takes pride in doing things right.
What You’ll Do
You’ll handle a wide variety of residential and light-commercial repair, maintenance, and installation projects, including:
Light plumbing and electrical repairs
Doors, trim, and general carpentry
Drywall repair and patching
TV mounting, shelving, blinds, mirrors, and artwork
Smart-home installations
Exterior repairs and caulking
Furniture and equipment assembly
Property-maintenance and punch-list projects
Troubleshooting those “can you figure this out?” jobs
No two days are exactly the same.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be an expert in every trade, but you should:
Be experienced with home repairs and maintenance
Be comfortable using common hand and power tools
Have strong problem-solving skills
Work well independently
Communicate professionally with customers
Be dependable, trustworthy, and take pride in your work
Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, remodeler, carpenter, installer, property-maintenance technician, or similar role is a plus.
