Experienced Handyman / Maintenance Contractor
1099 Independent Contractor | $30/Hour | Flexible Schedule | Consistent Work

We are looking for experienced, dependable, and motivated handymen who are ready to work and want consistent opportunities throughout the week.

This is a great opportunity for experienced contractors who want steady work while still having the flexibility to choose the days they are available.

Schedule & Work Availability
Work opportunities available Monday through Sunday
You choose the days you want to work
Typical daytime work schedule is approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-time and part-time availability welcomed
Typically 2 or more small jobs per working day
Additional jobs may be available depending on demand and your availability
Larger projects may require full-day or multiple-day availability
Dependable contractors who consistently perform quality work will receive priority for additional assignments
You can provide us with your availability each week, and jobs will be scheduled based on the days you are available.

Compensation
$30 per hour for small/service jobs
Gas compensation available when traveling between multiple assigned jobs
Typically 2+ jobs per day depending on workload
Larger projects may have higher or set project budgets based on the scope, size, and difficulty of the work
Opportunities to earn more on larger projects
Consistent contractors receive priority scheduling and additional work opportunities
Materials & Store Runs
You will NEVER be required to pay for job materials out of your own pocket.

All materials required for a customer's job are paid for by either:

The customer, or
Our company
If materials are needed and you are required to go to Home Depot, Lowe's, or another supply store:

The customer may provide the money/payment method for the materials, or
Our company will provide or arrange payment
You will not be expected to use your personal debit card, credit card, cash, or personal funds
You will not be responsible for financing customer materials
Material purchases must be approved before purchase
Receipts must be provided for all approved material purchases
Your job is to complete the work — not pay for the customer's materials.

What We're Looking For
Applicants should:

Have real hands-on handyman or construction experience
Know how to properly operate hand tools and power tools
Be able to diagnose problems and complete repairs correctly
Be comfortable completing multiple service calls in one day
Have reliable transportation
Be dependable and arrive to assigned jobs on time
Communicate professionally with customers and management
Maintain a professional appearance
Keep job sites clean
Be able to work independently
Have strong problem-solving skills
Be ready to work immediately
Tools
Applicants should have their own basic handyman tools and be experienced using them.

Having a complete personal tool setup is highly preferred.

Contractor Verification
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

Before receiving assignments, contractors must complete onboarding and:

Provide a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification
Provide required contractor/tax information
Provide reliable contact information
Confirm reliable transportation
Confirm handyman/construction experience
Provide their weekly availability

Perform a variety of residential and light commercial handyman tasks, including general repairs, drywall, painting, carpentry, door and hardware installation, minor plumbing, fixture replacement, flooring repairs, assembly, and property maintenance. Contractors are responsible for arriving on time, communicating professionally with customers, completing work safely and correctly, maintaining a clean work area, documenting completed jobs, and traveling between assigned locations as needed. Contractors must have reliable transportation, basic tools, and the ability to work independently. Customers or the company provide all approved material costs, so contractors are never required to pay out of pocket.
